Going to launch any day now….testing. Tech is done, did 10 more beta tests, and improving the UI and adding instructions. Especially since more people in RE do not know about local market analytics, since this data or tech is not on the Web.
Say hello if in Vegas at RealComm. Lets see what the CRE thinks. https://www.realcomm.com/realcomm-2018

New UI V2
I still think my favorite quote over this long journey to get this tech and data public is from Warren Buffet:
What is Risk?
“Risk comes from not knowing what you’re doing.”
– Warren Buffet
I cannot fix the pass, and recover the millions I lost, and my fellow investors, since I and they, did not have access…… But if I and other RE and CRE professionals can have the ability to know what they are doing in any of 390,000 US markets, with dynamic real-time tech, maybe this journey is worth it. At least with this new data and tech, people will finally have a CHOICE. Choose to be informed, or choose to be myopic and invest based on crowd mentality and limited data/facts and wear myopic rose colored glasses. We will see.
I some time wonder…..One broker told me that changes in population, jobs, disposable income, or growth does not affect his market. So I asked him why the heck is selling anything in an area that is not changing or growing in the critical variables that affect risk and prices…..or that anyone is moving into or out of, and he went silent. Semi funny…
Talked to a few smart bankers, and regained my confidence. I won a pitch contest and the bankers told me, that this data and tech is really needed in the industry.
We will see.
Hope to see you in Vegas, if not sooner…
