There are some minor changes in our national 36-months forecasts. Overall the trend is roughly the same, upward, with more volatility, and the 36-month national forecast has dropped 1.237%. Due to unforeseen items like: increased risk, increase tariffs / trade wars, ending uncertainty in politics. Maybe even a rumor of a disingenuous despot take or losing control.

The good news:
