What is the Problem and Solution we are solving for all real estate professionals?
Today, real estate professional and real estate investors, agents and Brokers in both the residential and commercial industries, should care about data and new technology, for themselves and for their clients, so both the licensed professional and their client make smart location-based choices and decisions.
The problem is, neither party has the data to make this proper choice. Since currently the MLS or multiple listing services, CoStar and other real estate advertising websites that focus on advertising and “eye-balls” do NOT have access to this data, and the raw data cannot just be republished.
How difficult and time consuming is it for the average Realtor or investor to determine which of the 40,000 Zip Codes in the US is the best investment area, for example. What is your process?
Real estate investors need to know, where to invest, and when to sell, with proper local market due diligence. And the agent or the local expert, needs better data to sells, and head off buyers-remorse in a mix market such as today. Agents who can only access the MLS have only access to the Poor Man’s Solution, with no access to current market data that was updates last month.
With proper technology and data. Agents can make more sales, profits, and commissions.
